Since its inception, Wings has been creating materials that highlight the work of the Women of Discovery Awardees, Flag carriers, as well as historical and current explorers, to bring the excitement of discovery to the public. The materials are designed to be accessible and versitile giving everyone from educators, to the press, to the general public the opportunity to learn about and be inspired by the lives, experiences and variety of endeavors of these explorers.

WOD Trading Cards
Every year, Wings produces a unique trading card for each of our Women of Discovery awardees. Packaged in a deck, the cards are distributed to young people all over the world, encouraging them follow in the steps of these inspiring role models.

Imagine Notes
These informative briefs profile the lives and discoveries of the the Wings Explorers who participate in our Art of Exploration project, created by Wings and Imagination Celebration of Fort Worth, Texas. They are a simple and wonderful tool for introducing young people to the field of exploration and the many possiblities it presents.

Flag Reports
Since 2005, the Wings Flag has been carried on expeditions of scientific merit from Mongolia to Egypt, Belize and Papua New Guinea. Wings invites the public to share these adventures, and the knowledge developed on each journey, through our annual Flag Reports which give the who, what, where and why's of the expedition in an easily accessible format.

Newsletters
The Bi-Annual Wings Newsletter informs our growing virtual community around the world about our events, activities and programs. It includes current reports from the field, featured articles by our explorers as well as updates on previous and upcoming Flag Expeditions, sponsored projects, events and education and outreach programs.
