Wings WorldQuest initiated a Fellows program in March 2007 for the purpose of creating a unique community of women who have contributed to world knowledge through exploration.

Too often, women work alone in the field, in the lab and in academic settings. It is lonely being a female explorer. It is also full of struggles...

Through Wings' Fellows Program, women scientists will be able to connect with each other to share their experiences, insights and research.

Wings Fellows are invited to participate in educational initiatives such as school programs, adult lectures, symposiums and retreats.
